Preparation
Taking over the case with documentation, proposing the right approach with the focus on expected success and efficiency of court proceedings.
Court Proceedings
We file a lawsuit and represent the creditor during court proceedings, until the legal conclusion of the litigation.
Enforcement Proceedings
We file a proposal to pursue the execution, co-operate and monitor the execution performance with the assigned executor.
We do this via an automated debt collection system – electronic connection to state administration portals which enables the automated submission of proposals for the issuance of a payment order, lawsuits, and proposals for execution.
