The most sensitive area within our business activities is the management and collection of receivables. Not only is there a change in the general awareness of the financial and social impact of indebtedness, we are also seeing and supporting changes in the area of collection ethics, which also goes beyond the development of relevant legislation.
In order to engage more effectively and contribute our experience to influencing these processes, our collection agency McGrath & Arthur s.r.o. became a member of ASINS, the Association of Slovak Collection Companies, which is also a member of FENCA, the Federation of European National Collection Agencies.
The aim of ASINS is, among other things, to ensure compliance of its members with legal regulations and ethical principles in area of the collection of receivables.
Both of our companies, providing services in the field of receivables management in Slovakia - collection agency and law firm - also hold the ISO 9001 quality certificate, confirming the standard of the quality management system according to the International Organization for Standardization. These companies are also registered as official “Partners of the public sector”.
